Terms and Conditions for Services
  1. Scope of Work:

    • The scope of work includes the video editing services as agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement. Any additional services or changes to the initial scope will be subject to additional charges.
  2. Payment Terms:

  9. Quality Assurance:

    • The editor will make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of the edited video meets industry standards. The client is encouraged to thoroughly review the final product and provide feedback for revisions within the agreed-upon scope.
  10. Force Majeure:

    • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

Terms and Conditions for Cancellation of Services:
  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice via email or a formal letter. The effective date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of the written notice.
  2. Refund Policy:

    • Any upfront payments made by the client before the cancellation request are non-refundable. The cancellation does not release the client from their financial obligations for work completed up to the cancellation date.
  3. Cancellation Fees:

    • Depending on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the project timeline, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be determined based on the work completed, resources expended, and any associated costs.
  4. Notification Period:

    • Clients are required to provide a minimum notice period of [X] days before the intended cancellation date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in additional charges.
  5. Project Materials:

    • In the event of cancellation, any materials, files, or assets provided by the client for the project will be returned to the client upon settlement of outstanding fees.

    • Clients may request to reinstate services after cancellation, subject to the availability of resources and mutual agreement on terms. Reinstatement may incur additional fees.

    • By requesting the cancellation of services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
